Initial Consultation: During an initial consultation you will meet with Eva to determine the style of jewelry you are looking for.  We will discuss several ideas with and sketch a design for you.  We can meet in person or over the phone and Internet.

Travel Costs:  $0.48/mile if meeting location exceeds 20 miles from office of designer or plane ticket(s) and hotel room if meeting location is a considerable distance from the office of the designer.  If the meeting location is pre-determined by MarEva (i.e. bridal shop), there will be no travel costs for the customer.

Reserving Us For Your Occasion:  The customer will need to make a $50 payment to reserve MarEva Custom Jewelry for their occasion.  This non-refundable payment will be applied to the overall balance due for the order.

Additional Consultations:  If an additional in-person consultation is desired, at a location that is not pre-determined by MarEva, the customer is expected to pay travel expenses and any other pre-negotiated expenses.  Once the customer grants approval, she must pay the balance in full for production to begin on the order. 

Initial Payment:  As stated above, the customer must make a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve MarEva Custom Jewelry for the occasion.

Final Payment:  The final payment is due once the completed invoice is sent to the customer.  Production will not begin until the customer pays the entire balance in full.  Please allow 4 weeks from the time the payment is made for completion of your order.

Making Payments:  MarEva accepts cash, checks, credit cards, and payments through PayPal.

Please understand that each item is a piece of handcrafted artwork.  While we strive to maintain consistency from piece to piece, there is bound to be slight variation due to the nature of our products.
